Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Tico Visuals collects when you fill in a form on this site, respond to one of our ads, or sign up for The Visionary, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Tico Visuals LLC, based in Miami, Florida. We shoot photo and video, and we run a content course and community called The Visionary.

What we collect

We only collect what you give us, plus basic information about how our sites are used.

• Information you give us. Your name, email address and phone number when you submit a form on this site, a lead form inside a Facebook or Instagram ad, or the sign up form on ticovisuals.co. If you are asking about a shoot, that also includes the project type, budget range, date and any details you write in. If you are signing up for The Visionary, that includes what you currently shoot.
• Information collected automatically. Pages you visit, roughly where you are, and what device and browser you used. This comes from cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta pixel, which we use to measure whether our ads are working.

We do not ask for payment card details on our sites, and we never collect sensitive categories of information such as health or financial records.

Why we use it

• To reply to you about a shoot, a quote or a date.
• To contact you about The Visionary, by phone call, text message and email.
• To run and measure our advertising, including building audiences on Meta from the contact details of people who have already signed up.
• To keep our own records and improve how the sites work.

Calls and text messages

If you tick the consent box on one of our forms, you are agreeing that Tico Visuals and our team may call and text you about The Visionary. How often varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop it at any time. Reply STOP to any text message and we will stop texting you, or reply HELP for help. To stop calls, tell whoever calls you, or email us. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We do share it with the companies that help us run the business, and only so they can do that job:

• Meta, for running our ads and receiving leads from ad forms.
• Close, the system we keep contact records in.
• n8n, which moves a new enquiry from the form into our records.
• FormSubmit, which delivers this site's contact form to our inbox.
• Our email and phone providers.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How The Visionary is paid for

The Visionary is released once you have an active Base44 plan. Base44 is a separate company and Tico earns a commission when someone activates a plan through his link, at no extra cost to you. We think you should know that before you sign up, so we say it in our ads, on our forms and here.

Other sites

Our ads and pages link out to ticovisuals.co, Base44 and Discord. Those are run by other people under their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

Your choices

Email tico@ticovisuals.co and we will, free of charge:

• tell you what information we hold about you,
• correct anything that is wrong,
• delete it, unless we are required to keep it,
• or take you off our lists entirely.

You can also turn off cookies in your browser, and change how Meta uses your information in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details for as long as we are doing business with you or you are on our list. If you ask us to delete your information, we do it and we do not keep a copy.

Children

Our sites and our offers are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
